개인정보처리방침

1. 수집하는 정보

Cry Me a Cosmos는 계정 가입을 요구하지 않으며, OVERDOOR는 앱을 통해 개인정보, 광고 식별자, 위치 정보, 연락처, 분석 정보 또는 충돌 정보를 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 게임 진행과 환경 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다.

2. 인앱 구매

인앱 구매와 구매 복원은 Apple의 App Store 및 StoreKit을 통해 처리됩니다. OVERDOOR는 결제 카드 정보나 Apple 계정 정보를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다. Apple의 데이터 처리는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

3. 외부 서비스

사용자가 직접 선택하면 앱은 Discord 커뮤니티 또는 X의 OVERDOOR 계정을 외부 브라우저에서 열 수 있습니다. 해당 서비스에서의 데이터 처리는 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 고객지원

support@overdoor.games로 문의하면 사용자가 이메일에 포함한 주소, 내용, 첨부파일을 문의 처리와 답변을 위해 사용합니다. 관련 법적 의무가 없고 지원에 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 해당 정보를 삭제합니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 이용자의 연령을 포함한 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 고객지원 이메일을 통해 개인정보를 보낸 사실을 알게 된 경우 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. 변경 및 문의

이 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의는 support@overdoor.games로 보내주세요.

Information we collect

Cry Me a Cosmos does not require an account. OVERDOOR does not collect or transmit personal information, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, analytics, or crash data through the app. Game progress and preferences are stored on the device.

In-app purchases

Purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. OVERDOOR does not directly collect or store payment-card or Apple Account information. Apple's handling of data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

External services

At the user's request, the app can open the OVERDOOR Discord community or X account in an external browser. Those services process data under their own policies.

Support communications

If you contact support@overdoor.games, we use the address, message, and attachments you provide to respond to and resolve your request. We delete this information when it is no longer needed for support, unless retention is legally required.

Children and changes

The app does not knowingly collect personal information, including age. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. Privacy questions may be sent to support@overdoor.games.
